PEAK Non Rotary Vise

PEAK

Delivery 5-7 working days

After fielding many requests for an inexpensive, yet durable and functional non-rotary vise, PEAK has taken our design principles and applied them to this new and exciting tool. The PEAK non-Rotary vise uses the same clamping system as the tried and true PEAK Rotary Vise. The base is slightly smaller and lighter in weight than the Rotary Vise, making this item a must have if you need a light weight travel vise. The base has the durable white powder coat finish that we’re known for, and it still disassembles and packs flat for ease of transport. This base also includes an additional hole for our accessory shaft (not included) and all PEAK accessories except our material clip will work with the non-Rotary vise. As with the Rotary Vise, optional midge and saltwater jaws are available for the PEAK non-Rotary Vise (jaws for the Rotary Vise and non-Rotary Vise are not interchangeable). The PEAK non-Rotary vise will fit our C-Clamp option but is only sold with the pedestal base.

I took this fishing rod (9' #10)for a two week trip to the Kola Peninsula in the hunt for salmon. She gave me the fight of my life! Rod minimizes the attempts of the salmon to escape, but I still lost her. Great fishing rod!!!

Awesome choice for bonefish

I used this reel for bonefish and it worked great. It is super light and easy to use on the flats.

Love it!

This is an absolutely awesome fly reel! It's build like a tank and will last several lifetimes. It looks stunning on bamboo rods, but while a bit heavier than the modern aluminum counterparts, it balances nicely during casting. The line included with the reel is a high quality Scientific Anglers Mastery line in the weight of your choice. If you've got a few extra bucks to invest in a fine reel, this is the one!

Pretty much bullet proof

I have owned my 811 for about 4 years now and have put it through the mill. I am not the most graceful of people, I have dropped it on several occasions, smacked it up against rocks, even dropped my rod in the river as it rolled down the current and ended on the bottom of a deep pool. We fished it out and it wasn't even dented! Love this reel!

Love mine! I fish a 9’ 4wt Renegade for small bass and bluegill with a 175 Commando. Handles larger bass and trout well. But even a small bluegill is fun. Soft hackles to game changer streamers cast very well with a progressive taper. My favorite rod in the TX hill country. Jerry did a great job designing the rods. Also great customer service. Replaced a broken tip with one call. I use 5’ tips in tight quarters.

I also fish the 11’6” 8wt Renegade
